We decided to step up the plot. Instead of trying to pad out the construction, we are going to wrap this up and put the dirigible up in space.

For this week, expect some character development. Next week, they launch into space. Also expect a quantum leap forward in the artwork next week. I finally found a font that works and ditched Comic Sans. I started drawing more detailed backgrounds. And I've been experimenting with a few tricks in GIMP.  I promise you that the comic is gradually starting better and better. 

Two weeks from now: Our intrepid team of nineteenth-century adventurers visit the moon!
